Graduate of Westmont Hilltop High School, Johnstown, PA.,1982.
Graduate of Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics, with FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics license, Associate Degree in Specialized technology,1984.
9 years experience in the Aircraft Manufacturing and Maintenance industry. 
6 years management experience in Document Handling & Electronics Manufacturing, ISO 9000 compliance, and production management of 100+ employees.
Graduate of Geneva College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management, 1998.
Graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity Degree, 2002.
Attended Ashland Theological Seminary Studies in Welseyan Practices, 2011-2017.
