Diane graduated Pittsburgh Theological Seminary 2017 with an MDiv Missiology Intensive and Urban Ministry Graduate Certificate, Field-Education in Missions at Charter Oak UMC. She has a B.S. in Christian Ministry Leadership, Geneva College and Certificates from Greater Works Outreach in Ministry and Clinical Pastoral Counseling. Diane is Pittsburgh born and raised at Mt. Calvary Baptist and graduated Wilkinsburg High with honors.
Diane has worked as an Engineering Apprentice, Research/Medical Technicians and Control Teller for Westinghouse Electric, Carnegie-Mellon in Physics and Artificial Intelligence, Magee and Presbyterian Hospital Laboratories, Mellon Bank and Allegheny County.
She currently serves South Hills Partnership (Carnegie, Fairhaven, Hill Top, Spencer) as Associate and was previously Senior Pastor of Millvale UMC. Diane serves UM Church Union Board; has served in mission to Jamaica, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa and Lesotho and in ministry at Miracle COGIC, Christ Church at Grove Farm, and Greater Works.
Her passion is worldwide ethical, social and economic justice. Her pedagogical talents toward spiritual growth and her coaching approach to leadership reflect this passion.
The granddaughter of a Methodist minister, Diane accepted her call to ministry as a young wife and mother of three and is now the proud grandmother of three small children.
