Kathryn “Kathy” Ann Koah (Brickner), 81, went to her new home in heaven on August 11, 2020 after a short illness. A longtime resident of New Port Richey, Florida, and formerly of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, she was the surviving spouse of Rev. Clyde Koah.
Born in Beaver Falls Pennsylvania in 1939, she was the older of two children of the late George and Frances Brickner (McNear).
Kathy was married to her devoted husband Clyde for 55 years until his death in 2015. They enjoyed traveling, volunteering, and raising many beautiful Shelties during their years together while serving the Lord. She was a pianist and organist at several different churches during their time in ministry.
Kathy leaves behind three sons, Timothy and wife Lynn, Thomas and his wife Carla, and Kevin and his wife Debbie; six grandchildren, Joseph Birch, Daniel Koah, Nicole Koah, Joshua Koah, Brian Koah, and Jessica Koah McConahy; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her brother Richard Brickner and wife Jo Ann; a dear cousin Dorothy Borghi, many nieces and nephews and many, many, dear and treasured friends.
The family would like to express deep appreciation to the staff at Largo Medical Center for their loving and extraordinary care.
