Mildred M. Huntsman 98, of Rochester died on Friday, August 9, 2019 in Masonic Village. She was born on October 26, 1920 in Williamsfield, IL., the daughter of the late Rev. James and Virginia MacRill.
She was a longtime and active member of Faith Community United Methodist Church in Rochester.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Dr. Ralph Huntsman, 3 siblings, a daughter-in-law, Becky and a great grand daughter.
She is survived by her 3 sons, Paul (Gerry) Huntsman, Rochester, James (Susan) Huntsman, Hopewell Twp. & John Huntsman, Leland, NC; 6 grandchildren, Bradley (Jamie) Huntsman, Sarah (Dan) Veit, Justin (Robin) Huntsman, Anne (Marque Wiese) Huntsman, Lori (Jay) Walker, & Robbie Huntsman; 11 great grandchildren and 4 nieces and a nephew.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-6pm in the Huntsman Funeral and Cremation Services of Aliquippa. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11am in Faith Community United Methodist Church of Rochester.
Private burial will take place in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
She was a remarkable woman whose legacy will be the countless cinnamon rolls and cherry pies she shared with her family and friends.
