Elaine Ostrander, widow of the Rev. David Lee Ostrander, passed away Oct. 17 in Florida. A memorial service was to be scheduled at a later date. Rev. Ostrander died on June 7, 2014 at their daughter's home in Sugarloaf Key. See obituary.
