Pittsburgh DS Moving to Maryland: Western PA United Methodists will bid farewell to Pittsburgh District Superintendent Dawn Hand this summer as she moves to an appointment as Superintendent of the Central Maryland District in the Baltimore-Washington Conference. The move will allow her to be closer to her family. Read more

De-Colonizing the Church: A Commitment to Anti-Racism, a new 5-part weekly webinar series beginning Feb. 18 will provide a time to learn about the inherent racism in the church, as well as an opportunity for commitment to de-colonizing The United Methodist Church in the U.S. Anti-racism scholars and practitioners will lead each session. 28 Days of Caring: UM Church Union invites individuals and congregations to join in 28 Days of Caring, active love and support for the historically black Warren United Methodist Church in Pittsburgh’s Hill District. The effort started on Martin Luther King's Birthday and runs through Valentines Day. Ways to participate include work days at the church, daily prayer, financial donations, learning the history of the Warren church, and participating in an anti-racism study. Young Adult Mission Opportunity: The Global Mission Fellows (GMF) program is an outstanding opportunity for young  adults, ages 20-30, to answer God's call to serve in mission.
