Heather Withrow, a West Virginia native with more than 20 years experience in camping and retreat ministry, has been selected as the new President of Jumonville, our Conference camp and retreat center near Uniontown. Jeff Bees, chair of Jumonville's Board of Directors, made the announcement in an email Saturday, Jan. 26. Several opportunities for Western PA volunteers, including young adults and youth, to serve on mission teams have been announced recently.  Three opportunities are available through WPAUMC's Volunteer in Mission program. Fires Destroy Cambridge Springs Parsonage

Fire severely damaged five rooms of the parsonage at First United Methodist Church in Cambridge Springs early Saturday afternoon, and a second fire early Sunday morning caused much more extensive damage.
