Each delegate shall serve as a member of one of the Legislative Committees. Within the Annual Conference delegation, each member, in order of election, shall choose the Legislative Committee on which to serve. No two delegates may serve on the same committee until there is a delegate on each committee. In the elections for 2020, the first elected clergy person shall be entitled to the first choice, the first elected lay person the second choice, alternating until all of the delegates have chosen a committee.
