Mission u 2019 offers opportunities for adults, youth and children to learn, explore, grow spiritually, enjoy fellowship, and participate in hands-on mission work.

Set up as a long weekend at California University of Pennsylvania, it begins on Thursday eveningbut the  schedule allows for participation by those who can't arrive until Friday. Families are encouraged to attend and discount rates are offered for family members who room together.

There is also a Mission in Action option coordinated by Katie Peterson in which participants travel to work sites each morning and return to the Cal u campus later in the day. 

Youth Mission u for youth in grades 6-12 begins two days before the main event to allow more time for building relationships and serving neighbors through hands-on work. It will be led by the Revs. Anais Hussian and Rick Nelson.

The Mission u Children's School will be led by Rev. Bev Roscoe and Peggy Ward. 

Mission u is sponsored jointly by the Conference Global Ministries team and the United Methodist Women.

There is a Sampler Day on Saturday for anyone who would like to try it for a day.
