The goal of the Office of Diversity Development and Inclusion is to move the church forward in being racially inclusive of all persons as we seek to make disciples for the transformation of the world.
The conference is committed to “Dismantling Racism,” one of five areas of focus: “We are committed to creating a culture of inclusiveness. We are richer with diversity and we will continue to find ways to witness with full inclusion and the embracing of all our sisters and brothers of color.”
We support congregations, clergy, the cabinet, and conference staff in the work of diversity, anti-racism, and inclusion.
