Manager of Facilities and Administration (Full-time)
Dutilh Church is looking for a Manager of Facilities and Administration to help successfully serve our church family and community. You will manage all facility maintenance, improvement, and expansion projects, and provide guidance and support to our financial and administrative functions.  We are a team of smart, friendly, and compassionate followers of Jesus Christ. We are growing and have created this role to ensure our church family and the community we serve are welcomed to a safe, warm, and inviting environment.
You will:

  • Manage the physical property of our newly renovated church and grounds
  • Direct day-to-day facility operations
  • Manage the facilities budget
  • Oversee, guide, and support custodial, financial, and administrative staff
Your responsibilities will result in:
  • A church building that is cared for and prepared for active ministry every day
  • Successful planning and implementation of capital improvement projects
  • An encouraging and supportive staff culture
  • Trusted relationships with church members to leverage internal resources
  • Positive vendor and service contract relationships
You will bring ability to:
  • Be a servant leader, take initiative, and manage your responsibilities with little supervision
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
  • Coordinate vendor activities for all building needs
  • Work a flexible schedule across all days of the week
  • Effectively organize people and projects
  • Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
  • Possess or obtain PA Act 33/34 clearance and FBI criminal background check
