About Homer City U M Church
Homer City UMC was founded in the late 1800's, originally meeting in a one-room cabin. Over 100 years later, Homer City UMC is known for its outreach ministries, including ramp building, prison ministry, Celebrate Recovery, Family Promise, dinners, GriefShare, Not Quite 31 Women's Ministry, and, of course, chocolate eggs during Easter. We have a generally traditional worship style with some praise music mixed in. Our building is used by many community groups, and our parishioners are active in the greater community. We love God and seek to be a welcoming congregation.
