"Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2.
Although we can’t physically be together during this time of uncertainty, there are still many ways we can support one another.
Giving Tuesday is right around the corner. Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 to encourage people to do good and has grown into a global movement inspiring hundreds of millions of people. This year, Giving Tuesday Falls on December 1, 2020. Despite not being able to volunteer in large groups as many organizations have done in the past, there are other ways we can give.
How can we be in community with others and give of ourselves virtually?
This year, give a small part of something we all have an abundance of... time. How amazing would it be if we as the body of Christ gave up our time for someone else? Plan to spend one minute, five minutes, or ten minutes making an impact on someone’s life. Let us spread a little joy, let us spread positivity, let us be the light of Jesus that shines in the darkness.
