The 2021 Annual Conference was held in hybrid form on June 18-19. During the opening worship on the evening of Friday, June 18, two Deacons and 17 Elders were ordained; seven Provisional Elders and five Provisional Deacons were commissioned; one Associate Member was received into full membership and four clergy from other denominations also were received into full membership in the Western PA Conference.
Members of the Board of Ordained Ministry, District Lay Leaders, clergy sponsors and a limited number of family members and guests attended the service at the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie, which about 1,000 others watched via livestream.
Bishop Cynthia Moore-Koikoi led an 8 a.m. Bible Study on Saturday, June 19, followed by her video State of the Church Address, and a video discussion between Bishop Moore-Koikoi and Bishop Sandra Steiner Ball of West Virginia exploring the possibilities of sharing coverage of the Susquehanna Annual Conference until the next Jurisdictional Conference.
Families of members who have passed away over the last two years attended the 11:30 a.m. Conference Memorial Service, with Bishop Moore-Koikoi preaching.

Voting members received an email with links to the online ballot or a PDF form to print and return by mail by June 30, 2021.
Items not voted on by members will be handled by the Connectional Leadership Table, as they have in the past year.
