Shuttle Service

To best serve you as you come to Annual Conference, we are providing complimentary shuttle service from the various parking areas. You will be instructed where these areas are when you arrive on campus by the Security Officers on duty. Shuttles will be identified with a large magnetic placard and the United Methodist logo. We will also be using some golf carts for shuttle service. 

Once you arrive at the Registration Area, please unload your luggage and then move to one of the designated parking areas.

Once you park your vehicle, PLEASE REMAIN AT THE PARKING AREA and a shuttle will pick you up there. The shuttles will make continuous loops from each parking area to the Recreation building.

Shuttle service will be provided on Thursday from 7:00 AM until about 12:00 noon. If you need shuttle service at other times, please stop at the Hospitality Hub (the maroon skirted tables in the Plenary room) and request the service.
