Registration Information
Registration Hotline - (724) 450-1520
This number is for registration INFORMATION only.
It will be answered during "normal" hours from Monday, June 7 until Saturday, June 12.
Please, NO EMERGENCY calls to this number.
Special Needs
If you have special needs that involve hearing or vision, please note your need on the Special Needs card that you should have received in you registration packet. Special reserved seating will be arranged for you during the Plenary and other special services.
Dining
When you receive your name tag, you will also receive a color-coded dining card. This means that you MUST go to the assigned dining hall.
For the second year, in addition to the college's regular dining halls (MAP and Hicks), we will be utilizing the Gedunk in the Student Union for an optional meal site. Yes - guests may still purchase meals in the Gedunk. However, Conference members may use their meal cards to get a "grab and go" meal from the Gedunk - at no additional charge.
We hope that this addition will help to reduce some of the lines at MAP and Hicks.
Colonial Dorm
Colonial Dorm will once again be available for use. This is a unique building in that every "room" is actually an apartment - complete with living room (and typical dorm-type living room furniture) and a kitchen area. The apartments are available in doubles (tow rooms with 1 single bed in each room), triples (three rooms with 1 single bed in each room), and quads (four rooms with 1 single bed in each room). Each apartment also has two private bathrooms. The best news of all is this - EACH APARTMENT IS AIR CONDITIONED.
A limited number of apartments are available on a first come, first serve basis. However - here's the fine print:
- The apartments are on the far end of the campus (across from the old "Grove City Diner." Parking is available behind the football field. We are looking into the possibility of having some shuttle services in the mornings and in the evenings.
- The apartments cost a little bit more for us to use. Therefore, those who would like the benefits of air conditioning, the semi-private baths, and the single beds, will need to cover the additional costs ($10.00 per person per night).
About the Registration Fee
According to our rules (2.3), a $50 Registration Fee is to be collected from ALL MEMBERS.
All members means all clergy and laity - including equalization and youth members.
The Registration Fee is not a room and meals fee.
The only exception to the $50 Registration Fee is for retired clergy who will not be attending the entire session. For these folks, there will be a $15 per day Registration Fee.
If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from submitting your Registration Fee, please contact your District Superintendent. There are scholarships available for those who will make this telephone call.
Excuse From Attendance
Conference members who wish to be excused from attending Annual Conference must write to the Conference Secretary (according to article 602.8). To contact the Rev. John R. Wilson, Conference Secretary, via email click here.
