These standards, are provided by the Western Pennsylvania Conference of The United Methodist Church to help member churches, Pastor-Parish Relations committees (PPRC), Trustees, clergy and district superintendents to achieve the living and working conditions necessary for effective Christian ministry and to facilitate appointment-making.
