The Rev. Lewis S. Hastings, 83, of Meadville, died Wednesday, January 27, 2010, at Wesbury United Methodist Retirement Community. Patricia Louise Williams, age 57, died Thursday, January 7, 2010, at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
