Our online prayer center allows you to share your prayers of celebration and concerns on our website. Below we have listed some frequently asked questions for you about the prayer center.

How do I access the prayer center?
You have a few options for accessing the prayer center:
(1) A quick link to the prayer center resides on the home page.
(2) A link to the prayer center is listed on our "resources" page.
(3) Use the web address of www.wpaumc.org/prayers.

How do I submit a prayer?
There is a link on the prayer center page for submitting a prayer. This link provides you with an online form for submitting your prayers. Just enter the required information and click on the submit button. Your prayer request will be reviewed within 24 hours. Once reviewed and approved your prayer will appear on the website.

How long will my prayer appear on the website?
All prayers will remain on the website for 2 weeks from the date of approval.

What about privacy?
You decide if you want your name and/or email address to appear on the website along with the prayer request.  The online form for submitting prayers clearly identifies the name and email fields as optional.
The website administrators who approve prayers will decide if a prayer request introduces any privacy concerns.  If so, they will contact the requester to address the concerns.  Prayer requests with unresolved privacy issues will not be approved.

We hope this answers all of your questions about the new prayer center.  If you have any other questions, or comments, please use the "post a comment" button below.

Are the Young's giving up their ministry?

The Youngs' wonderful ministry continues despite some health issues. It however is a ministry for the clergy. This is intended to allow any visitor to the website --laity, clergy, and those with no church affiliation -- to submit prayers.

We need to pray for the church as it deals with the current world problems and challenges.
