Barb Moore was one of several Western PA United Methodists working behind the scenes of General Conference 2008 in Fort Worth, TX, April 23-May 2. The longtime member of WPA Conference Sessions helped staff General Conference 2004 in Pittsburgh and brought that experience to Texas.
