Nothing But Nets Banner Flies Over SPARK Information Area

This banner flew over a number of activities in the Nothing But Nets informaiton/fun area of SPARK, the new youth retreat launched March 28-30 at the Pittsburgh Westin Hotel and the Pittsburgh Convention Center.

The banner was a backdrop for a number of YouTube-style videos conceived and acted out by SPARK youth. A group from Harison City UMC won the SPARK contest for the best Nothing But Nets video. The winning entry will be in the wpaumc.org gallery and elsewhere as well as shown at the Western PA Annual Conference, June 12-15 at Grove City College.

Monies can be raised in United Methodist churches and communities to support Nothing But Nets, a United Methodist inititive to save lives from malaria in Africa and elsewhere through the distribution of treated bed nets.
