In Pittsburgh's South Hills has been for nearly a century a leader in offering older adults and their families residential living options and health care services. Asbury Heights is operated by United Methodist Services for the Aging.

In Sheffield, provides services to children from age 2 months through elderly adults. Services include  a licensed pre-school and daycare; community recreation programs; a licensed personal care home; food pantry; and a Warren County Head Start program.

In Meadville, provides individualized proactive health care and life enrichment services to assist mature adults in maintaining their independence, dignity and spiritual wholeness in a secure, Christian environment.
