Disaster Response-June 2009 flooding

The Rev. Nelson Thayer unties tarp after delivering UMCOR flood buckets from the Mission Barn at Eastbrook, near New Castle, to the Pitcairn VFD#1. Many of the buckets were collected during the Western PA Annual Conference the previous week.
