DS Diggings,

Oh have I been digging these days! No, not in earth or soil, but digging among news publications from BD local churches that are regularly delivered to my office.

I dug into all the local church newsletters I received in a month, read from every single page! My eyes got tired and my muscles a stiff from sitting so long in one chair. I spent the better part of a full day’s work just reading through our district churches’ news mailings.

I learned a lot. What a very active bunch of local churches we are! You gave many snippets to publish as a list of “The GOOD STUFF,” ways we reveal “Countersigns” to the generally bad drift of things around us. I hope you read the entire “COUNTERSIGNS and OTHER GOOD STUFF” column. Share it with your people.
