The Board of Higher Education and Campus Ministry (BHECM) is one of the required agencies of the Annual Conference (see The Book of Discipline, 2004.)

The BHECM needs every local church to share in its ministry! There are several ways the local church can become involved:

• Creative ideas to minister to students

• If your church is near a college campus, the BHECM has limited funding to partner with those wishing to do campus ministry. Every year the Board has grant money available through the grant application process (see Resources on the above menu, Board of Higher Education and Campus Ministry BHECM for the application form).  On-campus ministry efforts are also welcome to apply.

• Encourage College Young People from your congregation to explore Ministry. 2007-8 College Intern Program
