Online Payments

The Conference now offers a greatly expanded online payment capability! This service will allow churches and individuals to submit payments electronically, instead of mailing checks to the Conference Center.

Three separate webpages have been set-up. One for Pension & Healthcare Payments, the second for Local Church Remittances, and a third for a Special Conference Appeal for West Virginia flood relief.  All three are described below.


Conference Disaster Relief Appeals

This site has been established to support relief and recovery efforts for disasters occurring within the Western Pennsylvania Conference. Currently, contributions are being accepted to aid Connellsville area families and organizations as they recover from the recent flooding.

Individuals and organizations external to WPAUMC can make an online contribution using their bank account or credit card by clicking the orange button below; Individuals affiliated with WPAUMC are encouraged to give through their local church. Churches can also contribute online; however, they should continue to use the Local Church Remittances page.

Conference Special Appeal - West Virginia Flood Relief 

The Conference has set up a special fund to assist our neighbors in West Virginia with recovery from the devastating summer floods of 2016. Individuals are encouraged to contribute through their local church, but if you choose to make an online payment using your bank account or credit card, click the purple button below. Churches can also contribute online; however, they should continue to use the Local Church Remittances page.

Pension & Healthcare Payments

The Conference issued blue Pension & Healthcare invoices will continue to be distributed as they are today. However, churches and individuals may now pay those invoices by establishing an electronic funds transfer from a checking or savings account.

UMPIP contributions (payroll deductions) cannot be paid through this system. Please continue to remit UMPIP contributions directly to the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits

If you are a first time user you will need to follow the simple steps to create your Online Profile and begin managing your payments electronically -- either one payment at a time, or as a recurring monthly payment, the choice is yours. Even if you set up an Online Profile under the Local Church Remittances page, you will need to do so here as each page requires a unique Profile.

This page has been established to allow churches and individuals to support electronic payments for:

  • Connectional Apportionments
  • Conference Disaster Relief - Connellsville Area Flood Relief
  • Special Appeal - West Virginia Flood Relief
  • Special Sundays
  • Conference & General Advances
  • Workers Compensation
  • Other Payments (such as event registration fees and trips)
